How long does a commercial switchboard upgrade take?
Depends on the size of the board and how much of the existing wiring needs replacing. Smaller upgrades can be a day’s work larger sites may need a staged shutdown plan.
Can you upgrade a switchboard without shutting the whole site down?
Often, yes. We plan the isolation carefully and can usually keep critical circuits running while we work on the rest worth discussing at the quote stage.
Do you work on both single-phase and three-phase boards?
Yes offices and small retail are usually single-phase, while warehouses and light industrial sites are more often three-phase. We handle both.
Will the switchboard pass a compliance or insurance audit after your work?
It should. Everything’s installed and certified to AS/NZS 3000, and we provide compliance documentation you can hand straight to your property manager or insurer.
